Question About Surveyor

When you change the time and weather on Surveyor, save it, and go to drive on your route, the weather and time are nowhere near where you set it. How do you get it to stay the way you set it when you go to drive?

Set your requirements within the rules in the dropdown menu top left of the screen in surveyor
