Surveyor Object Menu Problem

TRS2006 SP1. Started to have a problem with the Surveyor Object Menu. Retrieve an object. Go back for the same object and it is not there. Have to back out to Main Screen. Go back in and the object is there. This is an irritating problem. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, what is the fix?
I have totally removed TRS2006 and reinstalled. Problem persists. Any help will be appreciated.

By retrieve you mean the Get button? Check what filter has been applied. Both little windows should show All
