First Class Ticket Problem

I activated my First Class Ticket by way of registering my new purchase online directly at the Planet Auaran web site but my CMP still shows a cap of 100mp and downloads continue to be received at a rate of 4.26 KPps. Why is my ticket not reflected in the CMP when I have included my ID and password when activating my CMP?

It can take 24 hours for a 1st class ticket to activate if this process isn’t automatic then there is also the holidays to consider

...and then check that it shows as activated in your profile on Planet Auran.

You may need to re-enter your username and password in CMP, despite the fact that you'll re-enter exactly what's already there, most odd but it works!
