Trouble with Download Station?

Anyone else getting the message in CMP, "Unable to download, server appears to be full, please try again later."

Started Thurs - Fri Aussie time.

after jiggering with it, I got it to work.

Is it normal for a FCT to run about 10kbps?

Last night (Wed) here worked all right, but tonight, (Thurs) I get a reading of 0.0kps. I'm on a T1 line so normal for me is above 200kps.
