Removing Switch Arrow Display

How do you remove the arrows show by the switches and set it up so that I have to put the cursor over the switch in order to see where it is being directed?

I am building a 20 platform station and I can't see the dwarf signals because of the arrow display from the switches:hehe:

When in driver bring down the box in top left hand corner and click on the ? " on screen help " this turns off all the switch arrows
