URL registry key not found?

I have reinstalled TRS2006 after a problem arose which prevented the Content Manager from working properly. Every time I open it there's a message that reads 'Unable to find URL registry key'. What does this mean, and how can I solve this problem?

Also, can the ordinary download station still be used with TRS2006 instead of the content manager?
