where do the downloaded trains go?

My first time using CMP. I used the Download Helper and picked a hopper to try. It downloaded (I think, it mooed like a cow?) What is next? Does it automatically go into my game? I couldn't find it in Favorites or in Surveyor. What is next after the download is done? The manual was kind of confusing.

Edit - I tried a second time with a different type of train car, a tanker, and voila - it is automatically in my Railyard! Cool!!

Aparrently you found out how to "commit".
That first car probably is defective, at least in your version of Trainz.
