HUD Controls

Could someone please explain to me how I can get the controls to show up in the Heads Up Display. Thanks.

In Surveyor, pull down the surveyor menu, edit session and add the 'Cab Controls HUD' rule, when starting driver session choose cab control and the 'Cab Controls HUD should be there. :)
