controlling signals and turn-outs

I have TRS2004

I am trying to find a way to set or otherwise control the time a train consists starts moving.

It appears that I have no control over the signals, i.e. turning to green or red.:confused:

At times when I try to override a turn-out setting the AI will not let me do this.:'(

Using the wait for . . . feature is but a poor options, since then the train will make its run and go back to waiting.:(

AI control will set its own route. To set your own route you should be driving the train. there is an hrs =mins option but once it sets off you will again have no control over it.
