Sanding Tower for a N. American Engine Terminal

I've just finished building the engine terminal of my dreams, but there is something missing. I've seen multiple screenies of awesome sanding towers, but I am so far unable to locate them.

I've found the kuid for the tower I would like, but am unable to find it on the DLS, TPR's Depot, TLW, or WoT. Does anyone know where I could locate the kuid in question (listed below), or where I could find another sanding tower object to use in its place?

Just looked it up in TARL I think the asset you want is :- kuid 44797:280029 but you will have to go to wgkandsk for it. best regards.
