View Full Version : Forever England - missing dependencies

Morning all,
I spent about 2.5 hours last night downloading the Forever England AJS Elec route and all the dependencies...what little hair I had before is now more sparse than ever!!!
I am still missing 2 items, and can't find on the DSL...
62941:35006
375084:100001
...does anyone have the cdp files for these that they could email to me please?
Also, there are loads of dependencies reported as faulty...do I need to worry about this...if I do, what do I do to fix them?
Cheers,
Nige

The first item is by cjlear, but I can't find any sign of it anywhere. Most of his stuff is on the DLS...
375084 sounds like too recent a member registration for an item on a route that old. Can you check the number? It may be a typo in the original config.
As for faulty dependencies - most work fine. Do you have SP1 installed? It's worth the hassle - apart from anything else it makes CMP a lot more tolerant of config errors and only flags up the serious ones. Just make sure you install EXACTLY as per the instructions.
If you are down to 2 dependencies missing, you've done well, you probably won't notice they are missing...

Try a google as a last resort. After that in Surveyor delete missing dependencies that will improve the frame rate.

Paul,
I just checked again in CMP...the numbers are correct...
62941:35006 is part of the "KQA/KTA pocket container wagon"
375084:100001 is part of "Rollercoaster"
How do I check the KUID number other than via CMP (sorry...I'm new to Trainz!)...and if the config says this number, how do I know what it should be?
I'm using TRS2006 v2.6 build 3335 which I think is the latest.

Thanks John...I already tried Google, but no luck!
I've gone into Surveyor and deleted the hidden assets...I used the drop down menu item to do this...is this the correct way!?
Going on from this I have another problem...when I load the passenger session in Driver, I get 2 error messages during loading...a few times this has caused Trainz to terminate...
ERROR 1

Any help on this would be great as I haven't even looked at scripting yet!
Thanks

That kuid is for a type of container that has never been released. It's listed in the KQA/KTA as a loadable product in anticipation(!). You can ignore it as it will not affect operation in any way.

Can you post the KUID of the rollercoaster that calls for 375084:100001? I suspect the creator mis-typed the number...
v2.6 is the most recent version of TRS06.

Paul,
I'm sorry to be wasting your time!...375084 is my number!!!...and the Forever England AJS route doesn't have a rollercoaster anyway!
I think my son has downloaded or modified an asset, so when I then checked dependencies in CMP I thought I was missing this one.
I need to check a bit more carefully next time...still, in my defence, downloading and installing routes with loads of dependencies, some of which have more dependencies is not an easy thing for a beginner to get to grips with straight off!
Thanks for your help...just the scripting errors to solve now!
