I AM LOOKING FOR A TRACK WITH THE OVERHEAD WIRES SO I CAN LAY THEM BOTH AT ONCE DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET ONE LIKE IT?

Doesn't Bearcat have some tram track? That has overhead wire, but you have to add supports for it.
Also look at Kenichiro's assets. There are a few tracks with built in catenary, but they act like bridges so you have to use another track to connect to industries and stations.
