I don't know how to start

Is my first time when i open the trs 2006 and i don't know how to chose a train and start to drive it!:'( please tell me how!

When you come to the main menu,choose Driver,next choose a name from the list of routes then choose a session,and double click on it then it should load the session where you can drive.

You should start with the tutorial sessions and build up from there, also on the start up screen is a link to the manual. :)
