Need Help!!!

I bought the game bout a year ago know. And you know how you get the free 90 days of a FCT. Well I downloaded a lot then one day i decided to uninstall the game and then a couple days ago i decide to reinstall it and then I come to find that all of the downloaded things are gone!!!!! How do I get them back besideds downloading them all again? If there even is away.

What game do you have?
Did you make a back-up or save all your custom downloads?

I have TRS 2006.And i might have backed them up cant remember.
