Does anyone know of a great freeware site where i can get some amazing steam trains? I will also accept KUIDS and search terms for the DLS. Thanks! I really need some good ones for my Arlington River RR.

Hmm... if you are interested in German steam then type in p-dehnert on the DLS, but for American steam I haven't any suggestions (being on the other side of the pond doesn't help things;)). If you are willing to go payware for German steam then go here (http://www.steamlocomotiveworks.alpha.pl/page/index.php), his locomotives are some of the best you can get.

Assuming you mean steam locomotives, there are sites for U.S. freeware steam locomotives.
I expect some one will be along soon with details.
If not, I will see what I can do.

Hi skiingiggy,
I see from your post you are building a mountain railroad, but you don't say whether you want standard gauge or narrow gauge locos.
For standard gauge look up user ID#7592 on the DLS
For narrowgauge try 43955
Hope this helps,
