UK Skirted level crossings

Having downloaded the uk skirted level crossings from bloodnok and excellent they are too, i'm finding that they work when first installed but when returning at a later date to use them they do not drop when a train approaches, the cars stop though, has anyone or even bloodnok any ideas to help.

Yes, they are broken in 2004, it will be broken on every computer with TRS2006 installed.
