Portal Trains Schedule?

Has anyone been able to emit trains from a portal on schedule?

I use Quick Portal Manager (QPM), which lets you set up a schedule for every emitted train (including use of pguy's other rules such as Mission Code Stops and Timetable manager rule). It works well when editing a session but the run time monitor doesn't display correctly in driver in build 122411 (and other earlier versions). However, it does still emit consists as it should.
