"Field of View" Interface setting

Amazing when you've had TRS19 for over a year and notice something new (at least to me.) Can someone explain what "Field of View" (Interface Settings) is doing.

The Wiki help page for "Interface Settings" doesn't show any "Field of View" option nor can I find any other relevant Wiki page info.

After toggling "Field of View" from min to max and back again I see it's apparently zooming the camera in and out but that's just over-ridden by your mouse wheel zooms. So what's it doing?

I can remember that being a setting in trainzoptions.txt years ago. It just effected the FOV in the default cab view. I would make it slightly wider to be able to see the full panel of controls without turning the view. I guess today it is obsolete but still included from when the goal was to eliminate the trainzoptions.txt file.

It's what we used to have as Shift+mousewheel to zoom FOV

Thanks all. I think I had tried all possibilities except for FOV.
