I have just purchased Trainz Simulator 2012 on Steam. I am trying to access content updates / download station however it is asking for a product serial number which was not provided with the Steam purchase. Other Stream users, am I missing something? Or is it not possible to use the download...

My PC crashed when I was working on a Trainz map (version 1.3) and now I cannot open it either in Surveyor or Driver mode. I can see the map preview in the menu screen however most of the squares are just blank and have turned black with no track lines showing. Is there any way to recover it...
