    "West from Denver" install issue

Don't worry, I've solved it! Logging out and logging back in seemed to prompt it in to downloading the file again.

    "West from Denver" install issue

I purchased TRS2022 Platinum Edition, and installed all the routes that come with it. All of them installed okay apart from "West from Denver". I'm getting a "Failed to read package manifest" error but clicking retry does absolutely nothing and I cannot work out how to redownload the effected file.

Fascinating stuff. I'd love to see some LNER motive power steaming through the area again one day! The group at Fimber seem very enthusiastic but's a long road ahead to even reinstate a mile or so of track, I imagine. Finally some screenshots from me - yep, I know that Mallard is from TRS2004...

Subways, Underground, Tram or anything else Urban shots!

Hetton Park Tramway - it's amazing how TRS19 can make even the most ancient assets look good! This route can be downloaded from the DLS but I'm working on an even more detailed version - watch this space.

I have a book on the Malton-Driffield line and there is a photo of an A4 on an excursion. So not impossible! An A2 also visited on a Royal visit to Sledmere.

Definitely closed I'm afraid, I was quite surprised too as it was always popular with bikers. I suppose it is only a small village, another pub on one of my favourite walking routes along the old Beverley-York trackbed has closed too. Funny you should say that, I've always associated North...

I know exactly where this is, just north of the now-closed pub and the little hump bridge on the B1248! Surreal to see it come to life in Trainz. Hiskey has also done a lot of cottages and houses in the yellowish sandstone that is common in the Ryedale area. I'm seriously considering taking up...

For anyone considering the NYMR, there are a bunch of high quality specific buildings based on Pickering, Grosmont, Goathland and Levisham now - can't remember the username off the top of my head but I think they were made by the same person who made the original NYMR route on the DLS. I had...

Lewisner - your Malton to Driffeld looks fantastic, I'm relatively local and I've visited Fimber a few times. Is the route available anywhere or is it still a work in progress? I've just returned to Trainzing and there aren't too many high quality British routes, especially Yorkshire ones!

Someone falsely claiming to be Steve Lerro??

Sometime ago I remember someone working on a PRR S1. I took a break from Trainz, so I'm not sure what happened to that, so I did a bit of googling and found this website: https://williamvu45.wixsite.com/billvutrainz/about There are some terrible, childlike reskins presumably uploaded without...

New Steam Era Route - Burnham Fay NER

Hi I have started work on a route set in late pre-grouping period (around 1918-1923ish) north-eastern England; completely fictional but with many areas based roughly on real locations. I'm going more for atmosphere over super-detail and accuracy as I tend to get burnt out when I try and...

    40ft Boxcar Problems

Hi, I'm having issues with the 40ft boxcars. The asset '40ft Boxcar 1937 ARR mesh library' is missing texture.txt files. Is there a fixed version available? Thanks

    Model Railroadz Question

Hi, I've got quite a good idea for one of these and I seem to remember a "blank" model railroadz route being made so you could do your own but I can't find it. Is it on the DLS?

    Potentially Sensitive Question

Hi, I'm doing a route based around 70s New York (roughly in the period 73 to 82 including GG1 operation, Penn Central etc) and I want your opinion on whether I should include the towers of the former World Trade Center in my route. Obviously in the period described they were a prominent (and...

Meet the World's Newest Steam Locomotive

After an absence of some 82 years, it is now finally possible to see 2ft Baldwin 2-4-2T 'Lyn' in steam again, thanks to the efforts of the '762 Club' who have now completed an arduous construction process that has taken over a decade. The new build locomotive first steamed on the 8th July 2017...

    DEM Request

Hi, Would it be possible for someone to do me a basic DEM map of the following area, for pre-SP1 TS12: I am embarking on a 'what if' project that depicts a narrow gauge railway running from Hedon to Withernsea. I did start something similar a while ago but I would like it to be true to the...

    When were stock cars retired?

Hi, I need some help for a real-life (North American) modelling project. When did 40' stock cars, box cars and other rolling stock built from the 1900s to the 40s disappear? The proposed layout is set in the late 60s/early 70s, and the local model shop has huge amounts of Life-Like 2000 40'...

    Disaster!

Okay, I'll admit, I've been a top-class muppet :o I've been working on a route for some time now, just relying on autosave, and saving it as AUTOSAVE. I've been doing this for so long, I've forgotten that should I go to another route, the autosave on that route will overwrite my previous route...
