Prague Burger Express

There used to be a restaurant in Seattle, WA. that had the same concept going, although on a much more traditional level.
They closed in 2000. The Iron Horse

and in Sumpter. OR, The Sumpter Junction Restaurant, had a full on NG layout (behind glass) running all over the building, but was not used to serve.

The Junction Diner in Forest Park, IL. (Chicago) has a similar setup as The Iron Horse, but really small in comparison. Much more geared to families with small children.

There's a restaurant in Raleigh, NC called "Dos Taquitos" that does the same thing as Prague, but a much more festive place.
All the video clips for that locale are on TikTok and Facebook, can't share here.

There's a restaurant like that up in the White Mountains in New Hampshire that I can't remember the name of. The trains were nice G-scale models that ran on loops of track overhead and behind the booths. The food wasn't that great though, from what I remember it was barely so-so at best.

Probably not, as he's also a germophobe, and he'd probably consider it extremely unsafe.
@PerRock - No, LOL. He'd just design and build a hermetically sealed container, to bypass that issue, that he'd bring with him, and insist management allow him to use it on their trains... 😊 🚂🚃🚃🚃
