I actually made that horn last night, it was my first attempt. I sent it to Southern1581 to try it and hopefully put it on the site!

You need to have the Freeint camera. Add a text document in your trainz userdata folder and add the line as you see in my picture then save.

The use the keyboard arrows in conjunction with the right mouse key and mouse wheel to freely move around outside the cab.
 
We'll be hosting them on TNSR someday, but dej is super nit-picky with his routes so it'll be a while. Don't stop picking your nits Dej! It makes your routes better!
